(1) There shall be an executive director to act as the administrative head of the fund.
(2) The Joint Secretary of the Nepal Administration Service of the Ministry designated by the Ministry will work as the Executive Director. (3) Other duties, duties and rights of the executive director shall be as prescribed by the committee.
